Welcome to the American Citizen Services pages of the American Consulate in Shenyang. We consider the provision of services to American citizens in our district (Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces) and throughout China as one of our most important missions. In addition to consular services (such as passport renewals and birth registrations), we are also able to provide assistance in a number of other areas (notarials, tax and voting information, registration). 

The American Citizen Services Section is open for routine services every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. Please note that our offices are closed on American and Chinese holidays.

Please be sure to bring your passport for identification when you visit us.
