Talenty International Education is a quality educational agency founded in 1997 by Mr. Guan-qiu Yun, a well-known educator in China, in collaboration with a group of the experts in both China and abroad. The curriculum of Talenty International Education include: Children English program, Children Chinese language arts program, Children Mathematics program and International English program. Years of experiments have led to a n integral educational system of research, professional development, teaching, and assessment. Million Talents of Talenty (TMT) has witnessed many accomplishments. As of april 2005, Talenty boasts of more than 30 schools and 130 branch schools in cities of Beijing, Dalian, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Changchun, etc. The organization has over 1,600 full-time staff and faculty members and serves about 50,000 students aged from 4 to 14 years old. Talenty has proudly established its leading position in the field of childhood education in China. Talenty has also been nominated and acknowledged by international authorities as one of the most successful language training center for Chinese children around the world.

Talenty educates children aged between 4 and 14. The subjects include English, Literature & Math, all geared towards children of that age group. At their entry, children are placed into classes in different levels according to their age and knowledge level. Besides some famous international textbooks, Talenty also uses its own, for example, "Zhong Hua Tong Ming", which was written by the President of Talenty. Here at Talenty, children not only learn from the textbooks, but also by watching the teachers perform the needed skills as well as by having the students perform the skills under a teacher's supervision.

After years of continuous research and practice, Talenty has developed its own teaching theories, which are named "2-4-6 Children's Elementary Education Methods", "3-6-9 Children's English Teaching Methods", "Children's Mathematics Mind Training" and "Teaching Methods and Flash Spreading Methods in Children's Composition Teaching". Talenty's special teaching methods elicit the growth of passion and interest towards study in the children, which, in turn, helps make their studies more effective.

During its growth, the name of Talenty has become widely recognized because of the high quality of its teaching, the responsive management, and the special supervising system. In the field of elementary education, Talenty has achieved several firsts. It was the first among training schools in China to have full-time teachers on its staff; later on, many experts from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and other western countries joined Talenty and an international teaching team has been gradually formed. Second, it was the first to make the class open to parents. Third, it is the first teaching institution to promise that every student who is not satisfied with the teaching can get the rest of his/her tuition fee reimbursed. Talenty has improved its teaching facilities, for example, classrooms are equipped with multimedia equipment, so that the students can have a comfortable, delicate, clean, and safe studying environment.
