Founded in 1949, Northeast Yucai High School is one of the Provincial Level Key High School of Liaoning Province and named as Model School by the Liaoning Provincial Government. NUYC is composed of 9 parts: Kindergarten, Grade School Department, Junior High School Department, Senior High School Department, Experimental Department for the Talented, Science Department, International Department, Foreign Languages School, Yucai Net School.

NEYC situated in the ancient and yet energetic city-Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province, it consists of 5 campuses covering a total land area of 300,000 square meters with 155,000 square meters of constructions. There are more than 7000 students in school and around 600 teachers. NEYC is very famous both at home and abroad.
