SHENYANG FINANCE AND TRADE DEVELOPMENT ZONE was built up in 1992 and located in the center of Shenyang city, its land coverage is 1.12 mil square meters, land for constructing is 0.62 mil square meters, it was planning to set up more than 60 skyscrapers, the total construction area is 3mil square meter and invited world known "C.Y LEE & PARTNERS, Architects & Planners" to make the overall sketch.
SHENYANG FINANCE AND TRADE DEVELOPMENT ZONE is another finance and trade Development Zone in China besides Shanghai Lujiazui. It has advantage on location. With its root of Sheyang, radiate northeast to become the northeast Asia's finance and trade center in further. It is attracting the entrance of China Industrial and Commercial Bank Liaoning headquarter, Sumitomo bank, Carrefour, Gloria Hotel etc.
Development zone is formed by 3 functional regions:
1. finance region with business like construction bank, security, insurance items, is developing capital financing, foreign exchange transaction, stock insurance, property right exchange and so on;
2. commercial and trade region is mainly built up some times such as first class commercial hotels, flats, intelligentize services etc, that to prove first class environment on operation, official business, shopping, food for domestic and foreign consortiums, firms and multinational companies.;
3. Supporting Service: There are facilities of administrative Service and Communicative Service projects under construction, to provide related service to other projects and to commercial activities.
After the 9 years' development and construction, development zone has been established initially . At present, land attorney accumulative total 340000square meters, 39 big items introduced, investment planned is RMB 7bil, and construction area is 1.41mil square meters. It also remove and rebuild the infrastructure, had completed the items like transformer substation, heat supply center, telephone office, fire control center and so on.
Development Zone's trasportation is convenient. Shenyang North Railway Station inside the zone is one of the passenger transport hinge in China, more than 10 transit lines influx here and extend to 5 national class roads, 6 province class road connected. The biggest airport in northeast is Shenyang Taoxian international airport, which is only 20km away from Development Zone. The airport has more than 40 flight courses in and out of this country.
SHENYANG FINANCE AND TRADE DEVELOPMENT ZONE is setting up in both international and domestic two markets. It symbolizes the new function of a central city. It provides Shenyan with a new pattern of economic growth. It is a symbol of Shenyang and the economy of Shenyang And it is becoming the center of northeast China in commerce, finance, trade information and international communications.

For anyone raised in the developed west, it can be hard to believe that a persecution of this scale—and against a group of peaceful citizens—could occur in the 21st century. All the more since many today see China as a nation that has long-since shed the ideological fanaticism and violent tendencies that gave rise to the Cultural Revolution and the crushing of democracy activists on Tiananmen Square. The assumption, perhaps, is that the more liberal economic practices embraced in recent decades are simultaneously giving rise to greater political and civil rights, and that as China plays an increasingly prominent role in the international community, it is bound to become more open, democratic and the rule of law will inevitably take hold. This view, however, is belied by the Chinese regime’s treatment of the Falun Gong spiritual discipline. Since being banned in 1999, adherents of Falun Gong have been subjected to draconian torture methods in reeducation-through-labor camps, where they are held without trial or conviction. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Falun Gong adherents have suffered this fate, and thousands have been tortured to death under orders from China’s central government. And in a grisly revelation that brings to mind the Nazi practice of harvesting human hair for pillow stuffing, there is also damning evidence that the communist party has also been forcibly harvesting and selling the organs of Falun Gong prisoners, killing them in the process. For those with business or political investments in China, it may be preferable to see the persecution of Falun Gong as a rare exception to the rule ��?a growing pain, of sorts, on the long march to democratic liberalism. It is convenient to ignore, as well, for anyone unwilling to believe that such actions could occur in the 21st century. But what if the treatment of Falun Gong, rather than being a historical aberration, is instead the fairest exposition of the true nature of China’s leaders, and the CCP more broadly?
