Our passion and our expertise are in evidence in every car that we help build. The list of those cars is long: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, the legendary Maybach, VW/Audi, Bugatti, Jaguar and Porsche.

Draexlmaier Group is a system partner in the international automobile industry. The main customers are Audi, BMW, DaimlerChrysler, GM, Volkswager,etc., The plants are located all over the world with more than 33000 employees. Draexlmaier (Shenyang) Automotive Components Co., Ltd is a wholly foreign owned company which produces wire harnesses and interior parts for BMW 3 series and 5 series.

Auto Electric

The name Dräxlmaier has become a trademark in the automotive industry through our creation of customer-specific wire harnesses delivered just in sequence.

To our expertise in auto electric, we've added expertise in electronics, enabling us to take a comprehensive view of a car's electrical system. We can recognize and evaluate the effect of electronics on a car's electrical system and vice versa.

Functionally Integrated Systems (FIS)

Functionally Integrated Systems (FIS) permit integration of electrical/electronic functions into a car's interior.
We need to do detailed work in a wide variety of areas before we arrive at a concept for a complete FIS module.
For example, we may have to integrate control and display elements, lighting components and loudspeaker systems into a given interior.

The Dräxlmaier Group is located at 42 sites throughout the world today.
Forty-five years have elapsed since the companies Lisa and Eldra were established, and what remarkable years they have been. The first 30 years saw the business blossom into fifteen different firms and factories both in Germany and elsewhere. This attests to the determination to grow steadily and secure market share. The last fifteen years have seen a doubling in the number of both sites and employees. This is consistent with the growth patterns of the past, but it is also symptomatic of the enormous transformation that has taken place in the automobile and automotive supply industry since the early 1990's.

In a market that is now dominated by mega-suppliers, Dräxlmaier is one of the few remaining family enterprises. At the same time, the Dräxlmaier Group is one of the very few automotive suppliers possessing expertise in auto electric, interiors, trim, plastics, toolmaking and logistics.
